Il primo Navitimer, con referenza 806, è stato prodotto da Breitling per la prima volta nel 1952 e divenne, subito dopo la sua uscita sul mercato mondiale, l’orologio ufficiale dell’Associazione dei proprietari di aereomobili e dei piloti (AOPA). Il Navitimer però non è solo uno strumento per piloti, ma un bellissimo orologio da indossare in qualsiasi occasione che con il tempo ha conquistato il cuore e i polsi, degli appasionati e collezionisti di tutto il mondo. Il Navitimer in vendita è stato prodotto da Breitling per un solo anno nel 2002 in occasione del 50° anniversario di questo iconico modello. Tra le caratteristiche esclusive di questa “special edition” troviamo il quadrante Panda argento con contatori grigio antracite, uno dei più belli mai realizzati da Breitling e la cassa e il bracciale in acciaio satinato. L’orologio, venduto da concessionario ufficiale Breitling nel mese di marzo del 2003, è completo di tutto il suo corredo ufficiale (full-set) e viene spedito con 2 anni di garanzia sul movimento!
