In any case, you could also have asked the courier to leave the package at a delivery point to pick it up when you return from vacation. You had the tracking number to know who the package was delivered to. You have to know the resources to follow the package at all times, although, if it had been lost, we are the ones who assume the cost, not you. You could also have contacted us and you didn't.

On the other hand, taking 3 working days from Spain to Finland with Christmas in between does not seem like a bad service. At the moment we cannot ship watches by email. The "problem" (or advantage) is that the watch is a special edition exclusively for the USA and that it is not marketed in Europe ... of course the guarantee is stamped in the USA and the date of the same cannot be the same as the sale. This model comes without an instruction manual (ecological easements) and can be downloaded directly from the Citizen website. Thanks for your purchase.

The shipment was made the next business day after payment (payment on October 29, Friday and shipment on November 2 (November first was a holiday -). The shipment took 5 business days to arrive by UPS from Spain to Bulgaria and the delivery took 3 days because, according to UPS, you were not at home and we had to write than you call UPS. It is not fair that you hold us responsible for what we cannot control, much less your own negligence. WE ALWAYS SHIP IN 24 HOURS.
