All the process was smooth until I received the watch. The watch has a scratch on the chronograph hand, inside the dial. Wonderfull watch, great packaging and delivery but disappointed that the seller did not mention the scratch on the chronograph hand, especially for a watch supposed to be brand-new. Also we agreed on a special edition number and I did not receive the same number.

The item is aligned to the description. Perfect condition. The dealer was very fast to answer my questions but, he toke over 1 month to delivery the watch. The delay can happen, I didn’t like about the cause of delay changed 2 times: covid, warranty card. However the delivery was unlock when I wrote to Chrono24. Maybe there is something to improve

We are an authorized Omega distributor. I thought the buyer was in a hurry and sent me the product before OMEGA issued its warranty. If it is a parallel import store, it will be close to second-hand, so you will already have a warranty. This is a unavoidable problem. I thought we would be happy.
