Royal Oak Offshore Masato Chronograph Limited Edition is the collaboration model with Masato who is a Japanese world champion kick-boxer.

The lucky number of Masato, "3", is set on the 1 o'clock of the dial and "14" which is the favorite number of Shin Yazawa, Masato's wife, is set on the 2 o'clock of the dial.

The red color in Mega Tappisserie on the dial and inner bezel is inspired by the red corner that is given to a defending champion on the ring.

Red is also the color of Masato’s cape that he wears when entering the ring

Audemars Piguet craftsmanship is epitomized to many collectors through the complex design and exacting finish of the imposing Royal Oak Offshore watch case, which is rendered here in stainless steel. The Black & Red "Clous de Paris" Grand Tapisserie with its contrasting black subdials, and Arabic hour markers and luminescent hands present an alluring contrast against the signature Mega Tapestry background pattern that is a virtual signature of Audemars Piguet and its prestigious Royal Oak family of timepieces; the date appears beneath a circular magnifier beneath the sapphire crystal, and a concave dial flange displays the tachymeter scale for the calculation of average speeds.

Turning the timepiece over reveals a special commemorative caseback, which displays the engraving "Royal Oak Offshore Limited Edition" and " Masato ", as well as the individual number of the watch and crown symbol with Masato’s logo with two Japanese Fighting Swords.
